Free standard shipping on all UK and USA orders over £99 / $99.

For orders under £99 / $99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order value and weight.

Heavier items, such as tactical vests and certain boots, may incur additional charges. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

To save more, we recommend placing orders over £99 / $99 to benefit from free delivery.

Shipping Methods

Orders within the UK and USA are shipped using trusted third-party couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail (UK only).
All deliveries are tracked and typically arrive within the timeframe below.

Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (up to 6–7 during busy periods)

  • Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact us within 10 days of the delivery notification.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

Please note:
If the courier confirms successful delivery, Noreli is not responsible for missing packages. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases. Claims may take up to 30 days to process.

Out of Stock Items

If one or more items in your order are out of stock:

  • The available items will be shipped immediately.

  • You will receive an email with options regarding the out-of-stock item(s).
